Rules for visitors
Active private full-scale airfield: full-scale aircraft always have right-of-way — land and clear the runway when one enters the pattern; effective mufflers required (Safety Director may approve exceptions); members must carry WORKS and AMA cards; no drugs/alcohol, no pets (AMA listing); AMA FPV and autopilot documents adopted.
Members may invite experienced AMA-member flying guests to evaluate joining (no more than about three visits); non-flying guests welcome when accompanied by a member. New members must hold AMA and FAA TRUST and demonstrate flying ability.
Recreational pilots need an FAA TRUST certificate, and aircraft over 250 g must be FAA registered.
