Mather Aerospace Modelers (MASM)

Mather Aerospace Modelers (MASM) is AMA club #1243, with about 109 members, and has been flying at Mather Field for more than 35 years. Its field is in Mather Regional Park near Zinfandel Dr and Eagles Nest Rd in Sacramento County, with asphalt runways and pits, a covered shelter and startup stands. The site is an FAA-Recognized Identification Area. Flying is for members and guests with a member present, and full AMA membership is required (Park Pilot is not accepted). The gate uses a combination known to members. MASM runs a Learn to Fly program, offers low junior dues, and holds monthly meetings.
