Superstition RC Helicopter Association (SRCHA)

The Superstition RC Helicopter Association (SRCHA) is AMA Charter Club #3803, a helicopter-only club in the East Valley of Phoenix and an Arizona 501(c)(3) non-profit. Members fly fuel and electric helicopters, including 3D, at Basin 114 in Mesa, which has grass runways, a grass pit area and night flying. Each November, the Thursday through Sunday before Veterans Day, SRCHA hosts the Southwest Heli Rodeo at Central Arizona College's Signal Peak Campus in Coolidge (an event-only site). The Rodeo raffle funds the CAC SRCHA Drone Scholarship and the DevilPups youth program. The club offers pilot instruction and youth programs, welcomes guest pilots, and has a no drugs or alcohol policy. Motto: "It's all about the fun!"
