South Carroll Aeromodelers

AMA Charter #1588 flying at Hank Flaggs Field on the Springfield Hospital Center grounds in Sykesville (since 1996), with a ~600 x 40 ft turf runway, pavilion, solar battery charging and about 18 acres of open airspace. Members fly micro, sport/aerobatic, gliders, helicopters, jets and giant-scale gas; three AMA-certified Intro Pilot instructors.
