About the club
AMA chapter #551, chartered since 1956, that operates and maintains the K. Leroy Irvis Radio Control Model Airport in Hillman State Park near Burgettstown, west of Pittsburgh, with two paved runways and a covered pavilion. Members fly everything from small electrics to turbine jets, gliders, scale and sport models; the club offers flight instruction.
