About the club
The Riverside Radio Control Club (AMA #149) holds one of the AMA's lowest charter numbers, which makes it one of the older clubs in the region. Members fly sport, scale, pattern, IMAC, helicopters, jets, gliders, electrics and floatplanes.
The club field is on East San Jacinto Avenue in Perris, south of Riverside, with asphalt runways, an asphalt pit area, start-up stands, windsocks and portable toilets.
Membership is open to AMA members, and the club offers pilot instruction, cookouts and a newsletter. Guest pilots and spectators are welcome. The club website has not been updated since 2015, so confirm details with the club before visiting.
