About this field

Thomas C. Allen Memorial Airfield is the DVRC field in Stoneman Park, Pittsburg, on a 241-acre former Camp Stoneman range near Delta View Golf Course, reached via John Henry Johnson Pkwy. It has a grass runway, a covered flight line, indoor restrooms and a helicopter pad, and is handicap accessible.

Access is through four gates; the first is controlled by the City of Pittsburg and opens about 8 am, and cattle graze the area, so close every gate behind you. The field occasionally closes for police training. Guests are welcome by arrangement with the club membership manager, and AMA membership is required.
