About this field

Silent Electric Flyers of San Diego fly at a gated field on Mission Bay's South Shores, off Sea World Drive. Enter at the South Shores II boat ramp driveway and park in the dirt lot. The 450 x 50 ft clay runway is used by electric airplanes, helicopters and multirotors, with a heli pad, setup tables, porta-potties and a safety fence.

The field can close for NOTAMs, civic events, flooding or heavy rain.
