About this field

The Santa Fe Dam RC Field is run by Santa Fe Dam RC Modelers inside the Santa Fe Dam Recreation Area. Enter through the right-hand gate at the southeast corner of Duarte Rd and Highland Ave, follow the dirt road, then the paved berm road (15 mph) to the field.

The paved runway is used by airplanes, helicopters and multirotors, and the club holds float flies on the lake on scheduled dates. There is a locked porta-potty but no water, power or trash service. The land field is an FAA-recognized FRIA.
