No flying over pilots, pits, spectators, vehicles, main park area, ball fields or homes; avoid low-flying full-scale aircraft (spotter encouraged); no flying during mowing; FPV per AMA doc #550
AMA members may fly as a member's guest only twice per calendar year; otherwise non-members need a permit from Westmoreland County park offices in Greensburg (fee may apply)

Recreational pilots need an FAA TRUST certificate, and aircraft over 250 g must be FAA registered.
