Rules for visitors

Effective mufflers on IC engines over .049; excessively loud planes not allowed; max 4 aircraft aloft; 15-minute flight limit; spotter required for planes over 4 lb or 60 in span; aircraft over 20 lb need officer permission; members must display CSM card on active board and have AMA, FAA registration and TRUST; no flying over beach, parking lot, picnic area, guard stations or near the park entrance house.
Guests must be accompanied by a CSM member sponsor, display a valid AMA card on the active board and follow AMA, FAA and CSM rules.

Recreational pilots need an FAA TRUST certificate, and aircraft over 250 g must be FAA registered.
