Rules for visitors

No manned/experimental aircraft or paragliders; only club-approved RC aircraft. AMA listing: no drugs/alcohol, no pets, no smoking, model inspection. Club 'Blue Book' contains field rules.
Club states non-approved members should not fly at the field; new members must wait for a check-out flight and ID card before flying. Parent/guardian must be present for children under 16.

Recreational pilots need an FAA TRUST certificate, and aircraft over 250 g must be FAA registered.

About this field

Flying field of Miniature Aircraft Association of Westchester (MAAW) (AMA club #1584).

Reclaimed landfill land owned and maintained by Westchester County, obtained for club use in November 1983. FAA FRIA 2023-CBO-00216-FRIA (Croton Point Park).
