Rules for visitors

400 ft ceiling and 1500 ft lateral boundary under FAA/Augusta ATCT letter of agreement; effective mufflers on engines .15 cu in and larger; no gasoline turbines or pulse jets; max five aircraft on main flight line; no taxiing in pits; don't fly over west/north tree lines; no alcohol/drugs; dogs on leash; junior members fly only with another member present.
Flying restricted to members; prospective members may receive up to two orientation visits under direct supervision of the inviting member; non-resident AMA members (50+ miles) may fly as accompanied guest of an active member up to two visits. Guests and prospects must sign an Acknowledgement and Agreement Form. Spectators welcome when members present.

Recreational pilots need an FAA TRUST certificate, and aircraft over 250 g must be FAA registered.

Flying field of CSRA Flyers (AMA club #226).

Located 3 miles south of the International Paper plant on Mike Padgett Hwy. Two pavilions, repair benches, runup stands, porta-pots. FAA FRIA 2023-CBO-00960-FRIA (expires 2027-08-29); club rules also state it is an FRIA.
