Rules for visitors

300 ft ceiling; posted no-fly zones and noise-sensitive zones (quiet electric flight only) enforced per Corps of Engineers; gas engines need a quiet canister muffler; courtesy no-fly timeout during weddings at neighboring Paradise Cove chapel; club no longer provides extension cords/power strips (do not leave them at the tables). Helicopters typically fly Saturday mornings, airplanes after ~11 AM.
Per the Corps of Engineers lease the field is open to the general public without charge if they are members of a nationally recognized model aircraft organization providing insurance; the club requires everyone who flies to be a current full (not Park Flyer) AMA member and to carry an AMA card or 114th membership card.
