About this event
Cincinnati Model Boat Club hosts its IMPBA Fall Oval Record Trials at the Smith Tract lake near Cleves, Ohio (IMPBA sanction 26-037 RT). Timed record runs are made on the 1/3-mile and 1/4-mile ovals, open to all legal IMPBA Nitro, Gas and Fast Electric racing classes.
Times: about 9 AM to 6 PM on Saturday and Sunday, starting once the timing equipment is running. Open water all day Friday, Oct 23. Unlimited runs as time and weather allow; from 1 hour before sunset only short-listed boats run.
