About the club
AMA chartered club (#189) flying at the base of Thomaston Dam in the Army Corps of Engineers' Leadmine Brook recreation area, Thomaston; founded over 50 years ago. Members fly gas, nitro, electric, large scale, helicopters and gliders (multirotors currently not allowed on Corps property) and offer buddy-box instruction with club trainers.
