AMA-chartered (1968) recreational club in Putnam County, WV (AMA #657) whose home field near Winfield on land leased from American Electric Power has a 550 ft asphalt runway, covered shelter with power and restrooms; members also fly floatplanes at Ridenour Lake in Nitro. Both sites are FAA FRIAs.
