About the club
Founded in 1964 (AMA charter #613), HOTMAC is a 501(c)(3) club operating Max Blose Field, a 39-acre site at Speegleville on U.S. Army Corps of Engineers land in Waco with an 800 x 80 ft asphalt runway, 250 ft of covered pits and electric RV sites. The field is turbine-jet friendly and the club runs flight training, youth education and charity events such as Warbirds Over Waco and a Toys for Tots fly-in.

Full $120/yr (prorated monthly for new applicants after January; joining after Oct 31 pays full year through Dec 31 of following year) · Associate (50+ miles from field) $60/yr · Student (secondary/collegiate, over 19) $40/yr · Youth (under 19) free · Trial (adult, one-time 3 months) $25. All levels require full AMA membership (Park Pilot not accepted) and FAA recreational registration/TRUST.
